Our registered address is 39 Summerfields, Saltash, Cornwall, United Kingdom PL124AB.  Blossom Scissors Ltd is a specialised company that supply dog grooming scissors to professionals in the Pet Grooming Industry.

This website is designed to trade dog grooming scissors and accessories to people who are students training to become dog groomers, fully qualified dog groomers and pet owners.

Our Terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the www.blossomscissors.co.uk website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order. Please note that exchange rates around the world do vary all the time so payments made to Blossom Scissors Ltd are always taken in GBP( £ pound sterling). Banks and other payment methods may use alternative exchange rates so we always recommend that you check with your bank and/or Paypal for their up to date exchange rate.

Measurements and Specifications

All measurements of our dog grooming scissors are provided with care and in good faith. Any measurements should be taken as approximate and these may be subject to change without prior notice as manufacturers can make changes to any model at any given time due to circumstances beyond our control and notification may not be given. Blossom Scissors Ltd measure the scissors from the tip of the blade to the to the top of the finger holes, but NOT including the finger rest. Specifications and descriptions can vary from one batch of dog grooming scissors to another due to them being handmade and finished by skilled craftsmen. All our dog grooming scissors are described as accurately as possible and the specifications refer to the length, shape, colour, edge, finish and finger rest. Each scissor has been checked and tested for quality assurance purposes by more than one process, including by ourselves, before they reach our customers.

Availability

All our dog grooming scissors are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event that we are unable to supply a particular dog grooming scissor, we will inform you immediately and a refund will be given where you have already paid for the scissors.

Discounts and Promotions

Promotions are subject to availability (only whilst stocks last) and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or gift cards. Some scissors cannot be discounted so promotions will not apply to them. 

Orders

Blossom Scissors Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders and refund your money at any time due to pricing errors or other issues relating to accidental misinformation or an online error.

Prices

Prices are displayed for all our dog grooming scissors on our website. Price changes may occur and updated changes will be displayed on each scissor available.

Shipping and Tax

The prices shown for the dog grooming scissors includes the shipping cost unless specifically stated.  

Delivery 

Blossom Scissors Ltd use Royal Mail’s First Classed Sign For Service for UK deliveries unless otherwise agreed by ourselves and you. For international deliveries, we use Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed For. Tracking References are provided with ALL orders by email for your information. If you have experienced a delay of over days after postage has taken place or for outside the UK within 21 days, please email or telephone us so we can track and trace. Whilst every effort will be made to meet delivery times/dates, we do not accept liability for the consequences of any delays for any goods or services.

If you have not received your scissors within 28 days of placing your order, you must check with your local Royal Mail office even if you have not received a notification that the scissors are being held at the local sorting depot. Please notify us within 28 days so we can process any refund.

Returns 

Blossom Scissors Ltd offer a 28 Days return policy if the scissors have been purchased online via the website. Should you need to return your order please notify us and return the scissors within 28 days in the correct case and packaging, so we can process any refund or replacement. State the reason clearly for the return of the scissors is required.

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange your dog grooming scissors, please contact us via our contact form or email, info@blossomscissors.co.uk to discuss the options available.

Refunds 

All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the payment method use to make the purchase and will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of returned scissors. Once a refund has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Liability

Blossom Scissors Ltd accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from the use of the dog grooming scissors or late delivery. We do not offer any form of compensation for any loss of business. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions of this document, they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
